Shipping Policy
All orders will be shipped via UPS ground. Shipping and handling charges
are calculated based upon the total dollar value of your purchase
(see our shipping rate chart below). If we have your canvas selection
in stock, it will be shipped within 24 hours from the time we receive
your order and can be expected to arrive on your doorstep within 7
business days. However, canvases that are currently out of stock must
be ordered from the artist (making them “back ordered”). Please allow
2- 6 weeks for any back ordered canvases. We will contact you via
email if any further delays are expected. On occasion, the artist
will discontinue an item without our knowledge. If this happens, we
will contact you immediately to allow you to make another selection
or for a full refund. Please feel free to contact us at info@marionsnimbleneedle.com
with any concerns regarding delayed shipments.

Return Policy
Threads: All
thread sales are final. All threads are susceptible to odors and stains;
therefore we are unable to offer any refund or credit on unused threads.
Our policy allows you to rest assured that any threads you purchase from
us are new.
Canvases: We
want you to be 100% satisfied with your canvas selection. If for any reason
you are unhappy, you may return the canvas within 7 days from the date
you receive it, for a store credit (less shipping/handling charges). However,
we cannot accept returns of any custom canvases because they were painted
especially for you.

with us. We will not give out any of your personal information to anyone,
ever! We offer the most secure way for you to shop on-line by using a
secure server. In order for us to process your order we do require some
information from you though. We ask you for your name, your mailing address,
